Payment Methods

BPC has several payment methods to enable payment of services as explained below.

Over the counter

Cash and card payments can be made at BPC Customer Service Centers across the country.

Direct Debit payments

Customers can also make direct debit arrangements at the customer services centers. Customers are expected to provide their identification, Bank Debit cards and Bank statement for proof of account number.

Online payments

BPC also has arrangements with Commercial Banks to allow for Online Payments.

For payments, quote the contract account number as shown in the picture below for reference.

It is important to note that when paying deposits for new installations customers are expected to visit nearest customer service center to arrange payments of the balance.
